In order to make the reservations as smooth as possible, we have prepared the usual procedure of booking the yachts for your holidays in Croatia. In case that you are interested to rent a boat from Dream Journey Yachting the best way is to send us an e-mail or call us. If You decide to filling out the booking form this information shall involve as many details as possible such as preferred type of the yacht, number of persons aboard, number of cabins or berths, rental period, departure point and possibly other notes as well. We will answer you as soon as possible and send you the most suitable proposal including confirmation of availability, prices, discounts etc.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
When you consider your booking fix and final, please confirm it in written by sending us your personal data such as full name, address, contact phone number. After we receive your booking confirmation we will send to you charter contract with banking details and payment conditions. After that you will be obliged to settle 50% of the rental price and this procedure should not take longer than 5 days. Your booking reservation is confirmed after we receive your advance payment. The remaining sum shall be covered according to payment conditions in the contract. When you paid the full amount on our account we will send you voucher that needs to be presented on check in and which confirm that you have paid all services you are going to use.
CHANGES TO OR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
If the Charterer wishes to make changes to the booking or cancel the reservation, the charter must be notified immediately in writing via e-mail.
If the Charterer cancels the reservation in writing, the charter reserves the right to apply the following cancellation charges:
- In the event of a cancellation made earlier than thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the charter period - 50% of the Charter Fee
- In the event of a cancellation made thirty (30) days or less prior to the start of the charter period - 100% of the Charter Fee
- In the event of a cancellation made after Check-in - 100% of the Charter Fee in addition to any other expenses the charter may have incurred as a result
If the Charterer is able to find a replacement letting party for the same period of the charter and under the same terms and conditions no charge will be applied.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Besides basic services of boat booking we can offer you additional services and extras such as transfer organization, food and drink delivery, possible additional equipment, a skipper or a hostess or similar. A skipper is required if you are not qualified for steering a boat, i.e. you do not possess a valid VHF licence. The copy of skipper's licence is to be sent on the occasion of vessel's booking and the crew list is to be sent not later than a week prior to the first day of charter.
